ベロタクシーとは、１９９７年にドイツのベルリンで考案された三輪自転車タクシーです。『Velo(ベロ)』とは、ラテン語で『自転車』という意味です。

Velotaxies were devised in Berlin, Germany in 1997. 'Velo' stands for 'Bicycle' in Latin.

ナビゲーターが１時間、新潟の観光案内をします。料金は、定員大人２人＋子ども１人で3000円！

☆上古町・本町コース
　　新潟の歴史散歩と台所めぐり
☆西大畑コース　
　　料亭と洋館の入り混じる町
☆下町コース　　
　　港町ゆかりの地巡り

流しの場合、初乗り500mまで大人１人300円、大人二人の場合は500円。追加100m毎に50円です。

Drivers operate 1-hour long guided tours. The fare is 3000 yen for a group of two adults and one child.
They offer three different courses:

☆Kamifurumachi and Honcho Course
　You can learn the history of Niigata.
☆Nishiohata Course
　The area with both Ryotei and European-style buildings.
☆Shitamachi Course
　Visiting places related to Old Port Town Niigata.

If you would like to take a velotaxi without a tour, the fare is 300 yen for first 500 metres for an adult and 500 yen for a pair of adults; then additional 50 yen per 100 metres.
